About Minnesota Radon Pros
Minnesota Radon Pros helps homeowners across Minnesota find licensed radon mitigation contractors without the guesswork. Minnesota has one of the most serious radon problems in the United States, and the fastest path to fixing an elevated reading is a quote from a licensed local professional.
Who operates this site
Minnesota Radon Pros is operated by Compass Camper LLC, an Oregon-registered marketing company. We are not a radon mitigation contractor and do not perform radon mitigation work.
Compass Camper LLC operates as Compass Lead Group. You can reach us at compassleadgroup@gmail.com or (612) 429-4239, Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM Central.
What we do
We operate this website to connect Minnesota homeowners with independent radon mitigation contractors licensed by the Minnesota Department of Health. When you submit a quote request, your information is forwarded to a licensed contractor who can schedule your free quote. The contractor performs any testing or mitigation work under their own license, and you contract with them directly. Our service costs homeowners nothing.
Who receives your request
Requests submitted through this site currently go to Rock Hill Radon, an independent radon mitigation and measurement contractor based in Esko, near Duluth, whose licensee, Danny Doran, holds Minnesota Department of Health radon license RMITS-00046, listed statewide for mitigation and measurement in the MDH radon service provider search as of September 15, 2026. Rock Hill Radon is a separate business from Compass Camper LLC. This site holds no insurance certificate or warranty terms from it, so ask for both directly, along with the itemized estimate, before you sign anything.
What we ask of contractors
Contractors who receive requests through this site are independent businesses, not our employees. Before you sign with any radon contractor, however you found them, ask for:
- Their current Minnesota Department of Health radon license, which you can check in the MDH lookup
- A current certificate of general liability insurance
- Written workmanship warranty terms
- A transparent, itemized written estimate before any work starts
The Minnesota Radon Licensing Act, Minnesota Statutes section 144.4961, requires a license from the Minnesota Department of Health for anyone who performs radon testing, mitigation, or laboratory analysis for compensation. We encourage every homeowner to verify any contractor's license directly in the MDH radon license lookup, no matter how they found the contractor.
Why we built this site
Radon information online is scattered and often unsourced. Every health, regulatory, and statistical claim on this site is attributed to a primary source: the EPA, the Minnesota Department of Health, the Minnesota Revisor of Statutes, or Minnesota's geological agencies. If we cannot verify a number, we do not publish it. That standard applies to every region and city page we publish, from the Twin Cities metro to Duluth, Rochester, St. Cloud, and Moorhead.
